Any other women having trouble with weight gain in early sobriety? I’m trying to get cute for summer and I’m really struggling to stay at or under 2000 calories a day. I average at 3000-3500 each day. I’m totally addicted to sugar now so that’s my biggest challenge.

I did not, but walking is one of my processing/mental health go to activities. If you’re able to hit some trails and walk, take a friend and just enjoy nature!(if it’s your thing!)

I love walking around my apartment complex, one of the top reasons I got a dog. I also walk to/from work 2mi a couple times a week. I think my issue is really my diet & these sugar cravings!

The sugar cravings will lessen and then that will help too!

I’m not female but I eat alot of dried fruit like nuts and berries. Works for mw
