My liver and heart almost gave out. I'm incredibly grateful for this new journey.

Slippery slope that one drink. Took me a long time to accept that. Remembering that helped me not cave recently.
The first drink causes all the rest of them that are sure to follow.

There is something about abstinence that
About total abstinence that keeps me going. When nothing else good is happening I can at least say I’m sober.its at that time the one thing I can seemingly control……..
