Go to meeting and get numbers, it’s like the saying “ it’s takes a village” Involve yourself with others, specially who are liked minded people keep a connection. It’s ok to go to more than one meeting in a day “ double dipping”
Make sure you give yourself some grace as well Rome wasn’t built in a day is neither was changing your whole mind set. You have to have the willingness to jump in to this program
