Almost 8 months clean and just moved to a sober living program saint louis - and i dont know anyone out here. Super stressed out but trying embrace the chance for a new start

Heather, you are going to be so glad you stayed the course! In early sobriety I experienced lots of anxiety and fear. But now I can see that was me letting go of my old miserable life and starting a new sober awesome life.
You don’t have to do it alone. The sober community is folks supporting each other through all of the good and difficult times.
