Almost 8 years sober and 3.5 years out of prison... every day is a new day and every day i have look at my past and accept it all over again in order to keep moving forward.

Amazing! Sounds like you have learned to live in the solution. Do you practice any particular recovery program?
No particular program, I've been to NA and AA meetings, but I've just learned to accept things each and every day
