4 days is a great new start. I relapsed after 12 years and it took months after that to string 4 days together

You can always begin again! Don’t be discouraged-relapse happens and you can simply begin again. Remember to be kind to yourself. What would you say to your friend for instance if the same thing happened to them? Be your own Besty and lift yourself up. You got this❤️

I am so glad that you were able to make it back! Some never do unfortunately.

I had 4 years and almost didn't make it back from this relapse. They say somewhere in the NA basic text that sometimes a relapse brings about a more rigorous application of the process. Like many said, it is only a date and you didn't lose what your learned before. Don't hold on to that regret of "losing" 2 years. :poop: happens. Get back on track and love yourself!

Thnx stepping out of my comfort zone is uncomfortable but thnx for the reminder that this is a “we” program and not an “I” program

Hang in there get back on track your in Southern California like me

When you're on a road trip and you get a flat tire, you don't go back home and start over. You fix the tire, and keep going!
