Always Another Way

Programs teach you that there is no other way, there are always many ways to do many things.

The biggest things you have to do is stay focused, create a schedule, and have faith in yourself. At the end of the day, only you can keep yourself clean and sober.

Do many of us need and require medical assistance, mental health advice, or an intervention. Or course we do.

But, we chart our own path and are solely responsible for our own sobriety. Only we know in detail what we go through.

My point here is do what works for you. Do what keeps you from picking up that next drink or using. Whether it's AA, NA, Lifering, or like me my own program...

At the end of the day, the goal is the same stay clean and sober.
