Always remember , even when you are clean and sober for an extended time that you are still going to have bad days. I am having one of those days. I know that if I was drinking it would lead to a nightmare of a day. I am haply for my sobriety and know that this too shall pass. I hope anyone out there having a hard time or going through a shitty situation , I hope you have the strength to not pick up or use. It will get better.
