Hi William, it is both, but you are currently in the “Community” side of the app which isn’t for dating. Go to MENU in the lower right hand corner (three horizontal lines) and once you are in the MENU tab you can toggle over to the Dating side by choosing that option. It’s easy to switch back and forth between Dating and Community once you know how
