An idle mind would drive you into dirty thought of need to escape reality. Having the courage to fight it comes at the expense of keeping yourself busy and productive. Im growing mentally :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:🪴:bouquet:

I got fully hooked on plants and they are my life now!!! We also gotta stay present with the thoughts so theyre not on autopilot unless its all very empowering! :heart:
