I am greatful to know after so long in addiction it might still be a stuggle but yet u bring back to life parts of u mentally,physically and emotionally and the hard work and effort i put into it each day gives me hope and strength to conquer yet another day with things i can still do with and without help..makes me feel all good inside that i can still work hard even with pain but its all worth the exercise you get in ur heart ur mind and of course for ur body to keep on going..amen i still got it..well in most aspects...lol
