So per the crisis line in my county, I'm on a safety plan until my assessment on Monday. My temporary sober living, my roomies were going to be gone all weekend. So I made plans to be with my parents for the weekend. Well, I forget no matter the season they keep there house at 76 to 78 degrees inside. I'm so uncomfortable. Sweating nonstop, guzzling water to keep up and trying not to move to produce more sweat. It's the little reminders....I love my parents but this is insane.
