Anxiety is killin me today. Got a buddy over today but my nerves are shot. Anyone else get like this?

Yes me I get like this a lot I have severe PTSD and anxiety all the time im not gping to lie I dont leave my house when around people I have anxiety bad I need help with being able to be around people

Definitely! Recently started taking hydroxyzine. It doesn’t take the anxiety away, but definitely makes it manageable.
I’m extremely anxiety ridden. It’s good you aren’t isolating yourself. Be proud for that step. Keep up the good work

Yes it's the ups and downs of life. We just have to learn how to overcome and control them to the best of our ability. One day at a time, one foot in front of the other.
