Anxiety, my ADHD, work is so stressful. Anxiety and ADHD have been ruling my life bad now for about a year. It's all day everyday, was taking some anxiety meds, only helped in the beginning. My main concern is probably the ADHD, anxiety comes from me being a dumbass cuz I move to fast and end up dripping something or forgetting something. Then have to worry about my coworkers always making fun of me cuz I'm stupid. Have the reputation of a hard worker but stupid. I don't want that.

Psychiatrist doesn't do jack but give pills, picked the wrong therapist. Well not wrong, I need one that specializes in ADHD. Difficult trying to meditate. Do u meditate and if so what do you do while u meditate?
Yeah I meditate pray listen to differ t audio stuff
When meditating I jus breathe in and out relax my mind focus on just the here and now not Wht happen yesterday or earlier or anything literally be n the moment
And yeah finding a good therapist is good
I don’t know where you are with your alcohol journey but my ADD has improved slightly at least since quitting. Headspace is an easy place to start meditation. It’s guided. Not free but so helpful. Pair it with yoga for mindfulness and yoga. Sorry to hear things are tough at work. It’s such a hard journey to move towards self love and healing but it is the place to start. When we value ourselves, we open space for others to value us. Lots of us struggle with that, I know I do.
And I have anxiety they have med for tht too and it don’t have to b a high dosage to help but idk it depends on u and Wht work ya know
And dnt worry about ur co - worker discuss Wht is the issue maybe with your boss and tht it and if u forget something who cares jus go bk and fix it and the anxiety med may need to b higher dosage or changed tht all
Dnt b soooo hard on yourself ur human we all make mistakes love Wht matter is the getting bak up tht it dnt coynt the mistakes at least tht Wht works for me
Impressive that you are looking at yourself and being honest. Don't be so harsh on yourself bro. Look at your good traits too, and work on the ones that bother you

Guided meditations you can find on YouTube have helped me break into meditating big time. Don’t think I could’ve gotten into it without. There are so many videos out there that are geared for focusing on different things but the big one is learning how to focus on breathing and that mind body connection when you’re starting out. Also helps to read or listen about why meditating is effective. Research shows understanding why something works hugely influences our ability to build new habits and their efficacy. I’d start with the shorter 10 minutes ones so you can explore and find what works for you but there are even 9-10 hour audios that run while you’re sleeping haha check it out hope it helps
