Anxiety really taking me down today. Can’t pinpoint the cause. 3 meetings and a bike ride. Early to bed. Meeting in the morning

And how are you feeling today? Any better I hope! I get anxiety and panic attacks and I hate it but I tried to focus on an object for grounding which helps. My Counsellor taught me some coping skills

It’s been terribly hot . I only know that it is hard to function properly when the weather is unbearable. Adds to my anxiety.
