A few hours away from cutting the alcohol out, any tips?? I know ill be sick for a bit but after that?? Im thinking a lot of dog walks...i wish i had my puzzles but they got lost in my move...what else can i do to stay busy?? Appreciate you all and thank you for the well words and advice

What about journaling, free YouTube workouts, coloring apps, games or even organizing a small space. Get creative. It helps shift the energy and take the thoughts off. I did a lot of reading in the beginning of my sobriety. I wanted to learn everything I possibly could about myself. The only thing is I wanted to do it overnight lol Sending strength. Keep walking it out, one day at a time.
