Any advice on quitting before you've hit rock bottom? The only negative repercussions I have after 6 years of active adiction are the mental and physical tole the drugs have taken on my body/ moreso the mental toll it takes knowing what my health in the near future will look like should I continue using. I want to quit before I lose my teeth. I want to quit before I have an accident and fail a drug test and get in legal trouble. It's like, I don't abuse them. But I'm very much so addicted. Is there any way to quit while I'm ahead
