Any advice recovery community?

When applying to jobs i didn't feel the need/urgent to share my recovery during the interview process. Recovery has a stigma to some people. It could decrease an opportunity at a dream job, unfortunately.
If i were applying for a job IN recovery that may be different. The interview peeps may want to know that a program is being worked to help others.
My Manager at Best Buy doesn't need to know I'm in recovery (i don't work there and NOTHING against these folks), I just don't lie steal, and cheat any further.

Yes, mention it if you want to commit career suicide.
Don't mention it if you want to prosper in your related career.
Just remember HIPAA forbids the prospective employer from asking.
Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all our principals, placing principals over personalities...
