Not a night shifter but can’t sleep! It’s part of my PAWS.. sadly I’ve quit enough times to know that in early recovery my sleep schedule gets all messed up..

I used to be a Night shifter. Not in the medical field but man I miss the wackadoos that you see at night. Still have trouble sleeping at night from it. If I stay up too late I'm up all night.

Me!!! Been on nights for 4 years now. 8pm-6am. I love it. :grinning:

No, I am not. I worked 3rd shift for 3 months of my life. I can't do it anymore. :crazy_face:
