Any suggestions on how to find an all female AA

Any suggestions on how to find an all female AA group? The group I have been attending for the past month is open to anyone but I've been the only female going in every week. While the men in there have been really supportive and helpful I would like to find a female sponsor and have females around me as well. I am the kind of person that has social anxiety so the idea of going from meeting to meeting with new people at each scares me and I don't open up well very quickly. Any tips on how to help that anxiety?

Most often the AA website of your local area will have a list of the active meetings near you. They should state if they're open, closed, women only, etc. If not, a phone call to your local service office should be able to point you in the proper direction.

Thank you!

On your phone, look up Meeting Guide. The logo is a blue circle with a white chair in the middle. On that, you can find everything single meeting in your area everyday. They'll even specify if what type of meeting as well. For example: open, closed, woman's, men's, speaker, big book study ect. Hope that helps! I know I've used it a bunch. Especially when I've been out of town and want to find a meeting.

I should have specified, look up Meeting Guide in your App Store.
