Really struggling... headed towards a relapse
A meeting is something that might help right now. Your higher power and prayer helps as well. Stay strong and keep pushing through. It’s hard but at least you won’t regret. Play the tape over. Breathe and distract yourself if all else fails. Praying for you.
Stay strong you'll get through this you just got to take that second and breathe distract yourself do a puzzle what is it that you like to do that would distract you if you need it like figure that kind of stuff out make yourself a a toolkit that you take out and you go okay this will work for today and that'll work for tomorrow you'll get through it you're strong
Hey, it won’t make things better. Whatever is happening in your life …. Then you will have to deal with using on top of it. When I pick up I never know when I might stop.. a month, year, 7 years…. Or what might stop me it’s a bumpy ride until it stops and death could be the next time.
Think out the drink or drug. Not just pickup. What the end results look like. Hope you do WHATEVER it take to fight for yourself. you are not trudging this road alone
You can head towards a RECOVERY
Hang in there !!!! Don’t throw away your 7 months for a temporary feeling !!!! We’re here for you !!!!
Hope you are still sober. A relapse will only make everything that much worse.
It's always worst in yur head. Remember this. REFLECT, RELEASE, N RESET.
Remember! A relapse is just temporary relief, your problems and issues are still gonna be present! Don't do it! 1 day at a time!
Keep your mind busy in something positive
Meetings, meetings, meetings!! Where’s your sponsor at?!
Stay Strong Girl!! Call a friend or sponsor or do a zoom meeting Pray and pray hard!!!
Getting ready for bed . Early-bird AA Meeting at 7AM.
Cravings usually go away after few minutes. Call another sober friend and ask them for guidance.
If I can’t get in touch with anyone, which is rare, I will ask my higher power for the strength and courage to remain focused on my sobriety. 🫶🏽:call_me_hand:t4:
Meetings meetings meetings....that's how I'm doing it

Easier to stay sober than to get sober remember the pain don't use poison
There’s no problem drinking won’t make worse.
