Anyone been able to get sober while their partner is still drinking. I am finding it difficult as itnhas been a big part of our life. Is it possible?

I wanted sobriety so bad i had quite before my partner and he continued to drink I was able to stay sober but we broke up. I'm not sure if he ever got sober .... good luck love

I unfortunately relapsed due to my fiance wanting to have a few drinks. I thought I could contain myself but I didn't and gave in. so I truly believe your partner should want to do it with you or separating may be a better option.
