Did you work last night? Do you have any good plans today?

I worked at the bar/restaurant last night. Today I work at a retail store. Will come home right after and make dinner for the family and not stop for a drink “or 2” before coming home. Pick up a book and read with some tea!

How are you doing through this journey?

I’m doing good, it’s a struggle. Everyday, I think about it and somedays are harder especially when I feel alone in this

Always reach out for support. Someone is always there. Just take one day at a time. How long are you sober?

I have been sober since 10/7/2022, a few bumps after rehab in April

Sounds like you need a meeting. Are you attending them? Don’t give up.

The sober journey will have its ups and downs but definitely less downs than if you were drinking.
Find a hobby to get you out and be busy.
