Hot yoga!
I love yoga. I’m used to high endurance training but when I added yoga to my weekly workout routine it helped out a lot.
Boxing and lift weights 4x a week
That’s a great combination. Fitness helps so much
Treadmill run 5 walk 5 than pull ups 5×5 navy seals 10x10 burpees 50 straight no breaks 3 rounds ,abs ,squats,football drills
Heavy weights,Abs and 10 min treadmill. 6 days a week.
Mine is box breathing
I have a goal of just moving my body every day. Whether that’s a just a walk or a full on workout. I love weight lifting a few days a week along with yoga and hiking finding the exercises you actually like to do makes the routine so much easier!!

Yeah that makes sense. Sounds like a solid/ chill routine. The nice thing is around here there are alot of beaches to walk and run on so it’s add a little variety. Definitely sounds like you know what you’re doing
Long walks or swimming. Simple and relaxing. Gives one time to think
