Anyone have any good mocktail recipes? 
I love making my version of a spicy virgin margarita! Just some sparkling water with lime juice and maybe muddled jalepeno with a salted or tajin rim. Some of my friends add agave or honey to make it less tart 
I also like to get pure unsweetened juices like tart cherry or cranberry juice and add a splash to sparkling water.

My favorite is a mock Long Island iced tea: apple cider vinegar, ginger beer, and a splash of iced tea or cola

Simple but good. Sparkling water, half or 1/3 a lime, splash of POM.
