I live in Baltimore County.

Phoenix app is decent for Baltimore, but idk about outside of Baltimore. Meetup has a few groups, too.

Yeah, look up AA meetings in your area. There are tons of sober people to meet at those.

If you are sober but not through AA, seems like the only way to find local people is via dating. I'm surprised this isn't already an app, surprised that it's so hard!

I agree David. So many people are in here and they want instantaneous "friends" without putting in any kind of work. I think most people want to present themselves online, in a carefully curated way, instead of meeting in person, such as meetings etc.

I do go to meetings. Regularly. I'm just looking for an additional resource.

That's true. You're probably right. Im just asking if if anyone knows of a website where you can search for other people in your local area, without it being a dating website. Seems like Loosid doesn't have that option so I wanted to see if anyone knew of any.
