Thanks Misty!

I found local AA meetings can help with the support,no doubt. The people you meet and respect their recovery can be a good place to ask about sober living places. So great you are sober!

Thanks for the advice!

I don't know about the sober living part but you got my support. You got it man. Don't worry about a thing.

Support is so important, it took me too long to realize that. It’s great you’re reaching out.:slightly_smiling_face:

Congrats!!! I’ve also found my people in group meetings, it’s such a wonderful thing connecting with people on a similar life path!

I suggest going to meetings: AA, NA, CA ETC. There's lots of people that have the same affliction. We all can relate to each other. At each meeting you'll hear how some are suffering from our disease, but you'll also hear how others are living and thriving with our disease. There is a solution...going to meetings is the first step. Finding support (friends), picking a sponsor, reading the literature(especially the big book or the basic text), getting a sponsor and going through the steps that's the MOST important parts. Meeting makers only make meetings, if you want a different way to live without drugs or alcohol, don't limit yourself to just being a meeting maker.

Thanks everyone

Congrats on finishing
