Anyone know about the connection between a body’s inflammatory response and drinking Alcohol? I already have thyroid issues that I pray will be more manageable as time goes by with my sobriety. Anyone have any insight? Thanks.
After about a month or so, my joints didn’t hurt as bad… I’m guessing it was cutting out the alcohol and drinking more water.
I have hypothyroidism. Alcohol causes mass inflammation. Once you stop use the autoimmune protocol diet. You'll feel so much better!
Oh and yes...so much more manageable sober!
That’s what I’m going to begin tomorrow.
Wonderful. Let me know how you are doing. Def keep being sober the priority though. Eliminating most sugars and gluten are enough to help tons in the beginning. We
Tend to out too much in our plate at once sometimes..at least I do.
I’m just going to focus on the real food aspect of it. I’m not allergic to gluten but it has its impact. Oh and I have hypothyroidism as well. Choosing to be sober is good for me but the more I see the connections to how I actually feel physically the more I’m convinced that I’m making the right choice.
