The two that helped me the most (by a long shot) were:
The Alcohol Experiment by Annie Grace
The Easy Way to Quit Drinking by Allen Carr

Other great ones are We Are the Luckiest by Laura McKowen(?) and The Unexpected Joy of Being Sober by Catherine Grey.

There’s a bunch more fantastic books out there, but those would be my top 4!

Antifragile by Nassim Taleb, Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins, How to Meet Yourself by Dr. Nicole LePera, and The Obstacle is the Way by Ryan Holiday are all books I’ve been reading since I started sobriety back in October of 2021. Great reads, except for How to Meet Yourself (haven’t started it yet, but it came highly recommended by a friend that keeps me accountable).

Melody Beattie has great meditation and codependency books!

The big book.
