YES!!!!! Love this book! I never liked him as an actor but love his take on recovery. Gave me a new respect for him as a person!! I bought a copy for my brother as well when he was 6 months sober. Other than the big book of AA, probably my favorite recovery book

Bought this book many, many months back and for whatever reason, reasons / did not finish reading … while determined to pick it up again. Better to pick up this book again versus a drink a g a i n. G E T. I T??
Yesterday I reached six months this time around. I wish I was more excited. Maybe I will go to a meeting and revisit the book tonight. Everyone is getting on my nerves , self included - not y’all, however!

He did a pretty good interview with Ben Shapiro last year, made me consider reading that but I haven't gotten around to it yet. Might have to add it to my list of things I need to read (grows faster than I can catch up).

Agreed, it shows a lot of character to actually be able to have a conversation with someone you disagree with, not people just yelling at each other and assuming the other side is comprised of evil Nazis.

I gota check it out ! I love when authors do that . I’ve gone to a couple readings but they have been comedy or satire so I’m sure the motivational is epic and magical !
