It’s self management program it help u stay sober and we don’t use labels I have 4 years go on smart recovery.org we have online meetings

What’s the difference between SMART and AA?
What’s the difference between AA? We don’t label it science we don’t ask the government for money self management we find out what makes us drink. We use our hobbies to help our urges. We change our thoughtswe change our behavior. We don’t just go there and sit and listen to other peoples stories and do nothing and we also connect and we get out of ourselves  we don’t feel shame ,it’s giving me 4 years I know why I drink cause I had no life skill and now I do .
