I am sober 22 days. Can’t believe how many time I relapsed last 3 months. But this time I feel differently.
Yoga every day, praying every day, looking inward, thinking about others, trying to be patient, and learn how to make a pause when I feel angry.

You got this boo! I went back and forth on quitting for years, and I’m finally a few days away from my 4 month mark! After a while it gets easier💜

Great work! I get it with slipping up, and it feels so good to live without being stuck in a bottle and accomplish/enjoy things in life.

Yoga is an amazing tool to find inner peace. Combining any sort of physical activity while stimulating your mind with any kind of self help is the best way to find fulfillment. Challenge for you is to try Hot yoga

Particularly true. You know, I teach yoga . But only practicing yoga never helped me to stay sober
