Sunday morning on the beach. I really love this time just with myself - reading, thinking, listening to waves.
I am really enjoy my clear and sober mind.

The fam & I were in Orlando & Miami in October, we loved it. I lived in Pensacola for a spell back in 2004 or so.
I miss meditating on the beach every morning. Now I'm in central MA. No beach. The closest thing I can get is ocean waves meditation in my ear phones
