You're spot on, Cassie! You can't half-heartedly jump into something new and expect it to stick. It's all or nothing, you know? 
Fully committing to the new life is where the magic happens. No looking back, just forward motion

Definitely out of my old life and in to my new life of 37 years of sobriety.
If you've got 1 foot in the past and 1 foot in the future you're pissing on the present.
