As a positive activity to replace alcohol, I’ve been training my Vizsla Adele to hike ultimately off leash so she can run free on Appalachian Trail section hikes with me this Spring and Summer. A lot of fun and satisfying as she progresses in her training. It’s the little things in life that bring contentment.
