At first, drugs will take away your pain. Then it will take your joy, your freedom, your family, your home, your job, your self-respect. Eventually it will take away everything and you’ll be left with absolutely nothing but the same pain you were trying to escape in the first place..

Very True.. never takes away the pain but I didn't feel the pain and didn't care about the consequences. Took everything from me. My home, my truck, my business, my family, my friends, my girl who overdosed and died, my freedom, my morals, my hope, my sanity, everything... And left with it all. My disease wants me dead but will be satisfied for me to be miserable
