Hey Andy! I read your profile. Have you been to any AA meetings? Sounds as if the fellowship might do you a lot of good. Iā€™ve must have 30-40 new phone numbers in my phone from people Iā€™ve met at meetings. I keep in touch with 5-6 guys on a weekly basis. Iā€™m married, but if I wasnā€™t, Iā€™d be hanging out with these guys. Just a suggestionā€¦

Been doing as well as I can. Been super busy but not a whole lot of people wanting to be sober, was getting a bit lonely.

Meetings are a really good idea, especially when you're new! It helps with the loneliness having ppl. like you around!

Also a good place to get a sponsor and get busy right away on the steps!

Totally. I am with the ministry in town and do outreach for people's needs, like clothes appliances. Helping put together the Thanksgiving is gonna be on my list of projects. Also, gonna start a recovery group here as well. It's alot of work though with a full-time job. But it will be worth it.

I can relate to that alot andy I work 6 days a week and I think that since weed is legal I wont find sober friend outside of the fellowship lol. But thats why I truly love this app cause I met sober people all over on here and I dont mind using the app like a meeting when I post since I cant make physical meeting . I share in my post and other as well and to me thats a meet cause people relate and responds back to you. And I didnt care when I was doing what I was doing to get high so I really dont care now that I am clean and sober because my life depend on it. I want to leave this world sober not an addict so i use the app to my full power because it only take two people to make a meeting

Keep at it as I will! Sobriety keeps us clear and string even when we feel or think we are at our weakest.
