I thought I would never see Patty ever again. (Previous supervisor) Patty would send me home a lot because I was “sick” at work. I never knew if she knew I was drunk. But I thought having her amends on pen and paper was good enough. But it wasn’t, I always thought about her and how she had my back so much, too many times. God put her in my path in the most impossible way. I found Patty at the top of Calavera Hike while the sun rose. That was my chance. And I took it. I may never see her again, now. But I am right with her, and I am right with myself.
