Awesome and only improving!

It was a hellish week. There was a lot going on that was completely out of my control. Hospitals, viewings and funerals, divorce stuff, all things that can cause stress and trigger me. I hit all my meetings, reached out to people, talked, danced a lot, and spent some time with my kids. I stayed sober, and got through it just fine. My coping skills are great right now and still improving! Hope everyone is doing well out there, and putting their sobriety first! Sending virtual hugs to all.

Edit: I recently watched a Vice documentary on Wim Hoff, and I’m REALLY interested in cold plunging (and everything else he’s managed to do). Does anyone have any experience with cold plunging? Any input is appreciated!

Thank you, Tim! I sure was! Good to ‘see’ you!

Thanks, Denice! I sure will!

I drank my way through my divorce and after. It was an extremely tough time! I think about it now years later and I'm like what was I thinking. Drinking certainly didn't help. I guess at the time I thought it did? Stay strong!

I sure will! I teeter between being angry that this is happening at all, and excited that it may soon be over. It’s certainly tough, but I got this.

Good for you! Oh yes, you will go through all the different emotions, but you will find you again!

I'm still trying to get thru this week. I want to get back to work, but it's complicated. I'm going to "keep coming back," as they say!

Not for me yet. Two more very busy days of graduation events ahead. Working 14-15 hour days. Then hopefully some rest.
