I am so upset with myself. I had 70 days and decided I wanted to hang with an ex more than I wanted sobriety. Was NOT worth it and now I am just sitting here in a deep depression for 2 days so far. I hate this feeling. To keep sober while getting over heartbreak is so tough.

Start by surrounding yourself with sober people (the winners) and they will encourage & motivate you to keep going! It helps you to get NOT ONLY out of yourself but also the courage to express what you need to express in your recovery! Good luck dear and you CAN do this!!
