So many benefits. It helps with cholesterol. I found videos on YouTube and will be doing at least (1) 30 minute workout before bed.

You got this!! Like a month ago I got back into drinking strictly water and lots of it & im loving the benefits that came with that decision!! Haven’t started back at the gym yet but we’re getting there! Haha
