I've been in treatment for the past month and half. I'm finally back home. The triggers were all around. From the airports to finding a place to eat on the way home. I'm just glad to have made it through yesterday sober. It was definitely tough. Now that I'm settled I have a lot of work to do as far as finding meetings, a therapist, and sober activities/connections. Any tips?

Everything AA app is an excellent tool to find meetings and also to have all the literature in your phone. You put in your zip code and a radius and all meetings in your area pop up, I use it a lot in my work travels. If you have insurance, the website for your insurance should have a list of therapist to search through. Some insurance, like mine (Cigna) actually have a great program to help coach and navigate through the first year of sobriety. They link you with a social worker/counselor over the phone, mine was VERY helpful. Hope this helps
