Back on day 2 and feel awful about myself
So you slipped up. Don't beat yourself up. Maybe you don't have to start all over at 'day one'. Maybe you con take this as a learning opportunity instead. What triggered you? How were you feeling when you decided to use? Evaluate the experience so that you can be better prepared for it next time.
Maybe you can rephrase this to say "in ___ amount of time, I have only had ___. And I am going to improve that".

Usually we use over the way we feel. Just remember to identify what you’re feeling and sit with it process it and release it If it’s negative or call or talk to someone about what you’re feeling ..BUT REMEMBER FEELING WILL PASS BUT IF YOU PICK UP ..THEN YOU REALLY GOING TO FEEL AWFUL

Today is all that matters now. Lots to be excited about on this journey.. day 101 here… I’m more at peace, money is much better, less stress, less worry, etc (all the good things). But it starts with managing today and day after day things get easier the first few weeks are the hardest but you will go through the wringer in emotions and being tired etc. just keep going and remember this too shall pass - soon you feel like ur on a pink cloud and it’s totally worth it
Congrats on the 2days! We get back up and do better by learning from our mistakes and taking action on what we’ve learned.
I ask myself, where could I have taken a better action? The truth always reveals itself. Now what I CHOOSE to do is entirely up to me.
