I’ve been thinking quite clearly the last couple of months.
I carry shame for some of the bad decisions I’ve made while under the influence of alcohol.
It feels so good to be free and focused.

I love how you say the word free , it's liberating not having to be dependent on alcohol!! Free to do what you want and when without being concerned about where the next drink is
