Bad dreams this evening. Like keep my booty on the couch dreams. I have a room I can stay in but I'd rather not. Every time I sleep in it my triggers go off "like fire in the hole". I wake up my nerves racked. Sad. And somber. Although this is happening I still can breathe, I am SOBER, and grateful for what I do have. Thank you higher power for Loosid giving me a 2 am rambling platform. Thanks everyone for passing by. Hope y'all sleep well.

Just that brain getting rewired. Means nothing. Feel blessed it’s just a dream and not the old you. You doing the right thing by talking about it. Keep up that struggle. You got this.
