Bad morning had diarrhea all night haven't had any al alcohol for 15 days. Just very frustrated :angry:

Sorry your having a bad start of the day…do yourself a favor and download the app “Everything AA” it’s free… they have literature in the app. Look for the book called
“living sober.” That book helped me tremendously in the very beginning. It was like my Bible any question you have of how you’re feeling at the beginning of getting sober is answered in this book and will help you and remember you can always start your day over…. Good luck and I hope you feel better… one day at a time

Ken hang in there, depending on how far the disease progressed, your body is going through a shock having alcohol removed from your system. It will take time to adjust. The first few weeks will be rough but it will gradually get easier. I highly recommend going to meetings and regular trips to your doctor throughout.
