Be strong and courageous with whatever addiction or addictions that you face. I know I will be an addict till the day I die and actually sounds odd but I embrace being an addict because at least I know that I have a disease and that I can arrest it! This time I pray to God that I'm going to win and stay happy. 4 months and one day but who's counting LOL I wrote down my triggers and pretty much add a new one every day! If I can understand my warped mind I have a better chance a chance to know what being sober is all about and It's Tricky to say the least. Take care and thanks for reading this Sincerely Lauren
