Your not alone. That was my poison too. Won't lie I still think about it all the time. Was clean for 3 yrs till a few weeks ago I relapsed. Back on track though. What keeps me going is remembering how I lost everything so quickly and now I have have gained it all back but it took forever. From my job, financially, friends,fam, etc.
Someone from this chat group told me... when you relapse it makes you appreciate sobriety 100% true. In the meantime you have plenty of us here who can relate for you to reach out to

Alcohol is rough enough. I can’t even imagine how hard that would be to overcome. Just like with alcohol though, once you get thru the hard part (time to sober up) it gets so much easier. Definitely don’t think you can do it alone.
