Been doing really good on not drinking soda I’ve only had one in a week flavored water helps I don’t know why I can’t stand regular water but I can’t drink it trying to lose weight the healthy way I crave sweets it’s like I replaced one addiction for another
Soda is my poison at the moment but I’ve only had one this week so that’s a huge start for me

Craving sugar when quitting is pretty normal. It was definitely a stronger urge earlier for me.
Ya I have 4 months so I’m hoping as I get more sober time it will become less I’ve been doing a cleanse for 3 days and I found some vitamins that curb cravings
Try flavored seltzer! I drink it by the bucketload!
Don't get too hard on yourself for the sugar intake just yet. Our brains kind of need it in the early days!
Can you pick up a soda stream and some flavors? I found with the soda stream I got addicted to just the bubbles without the flavors, and I make sure I have a few bottles of it in the fridge always.
Plus I'll make a nighttime tea for my bedtime routine and put in a scoop of sugar with that, it really keeps the cravings at bay.
Whatever you choose, be kind to you.
I’m horrible about the Sour Patch Kids when I sober up. For at least a month.
I will try that
Hey, WHATEVER IT TAKES😊
