Been drinking on and off since I’ve been 18. I’m 67. Never sober more than two years. Don’t believe I can do this again,

It is not easy but you can do it. I have not gone without alcohol for more than a couple of months in the last 20 or more years. I am determined to quit for good this time.

You can do it! I drank for 30 years. Not going to die a drunk. Doing it one day at a time. Stay strong!
